20 WAYS TO SURVIVE THE HOLIDAYS! by Katie Abbondanza and Jessica D'Argenio Waller

Have you ever spent a little time paging though a magazine at the BPL? One of the teen magazines that we have is Girl's Life Magazine (GL). GL and girlslife.com offers up-to-date advice for tween and teen girls on the latest fashion and beauty, music, TV and celebrity gossip....
A featured article in the December/January issue of GL is, "20 Ways to Survive the Holidays" by Katie Abbondanza and Jessica D'Argenio Waller. Before you say "bah, humbug!", read this article to help you get into the spirit of the season.
A few of my favorites are:
#2. Recognize that your love of holiday songs knows no bounds, and proudly sing along in the department store. (Psst: Everyone else is doing it, too.)
#13. Secretly rearrange all the ornaments on the tree after the 'rents go to bed. It totally looks better your way.
#20. Screen a classic holiday movie with you sibs. Family time (even if it's in front of the tube) is what makes this season special, right?
Happy Holidays!!
